I was a student in an elementary Bahasa Indonesia class of about 12 students Bu Sally conducted in 2010. I started the course with very little background in the language, but under her dedication, enthusiasm and superior teaching methodologies, I gradually gained mastery over the language over time. As a testament, I managed to achieve perfect score (100%) for the written examination. Now, I confidently rate myself as being proficient in the beautiful language, in terms of my writing and speaking abilities.

I enjoyed my Bahasa training sessions with guru Sally even though I don't like to attend classes. It is not easy to work and study at the same time. I took Ibu Sally's classes two years ago, without any knowledge of the language or the Indonesian culture. That was before I spent two years in Indonesia, and I can't thank her enough for laying down the foundation that helped me to excel there.

Once in Indonesia I found that I was able to connect to my peers to a much closer level, thanks to the shared language. Her classes are very enjoyable and her teaching method is very intuitive.

I first met Miss Sally was in 2003 whereby I need to know some simple Bahasa Indonesia to do my job. I was not very keen to attend the class as I need to rush from my office and usually reach home late. My learning journey with Ibu Sally was a very fun and stress-less one. She is able to relate learning to many of our basic daily activities and events, which makes the learning process engaging and easy.

I attended the class with four other peers for a period of one month. Ibu Sally is very sharp and she is able to quickly know and understand the different learning styles of each student. From there, she then helps each and everyone of us in strengthening the command of the language.

Although only a short period of one month, I have built strong fundamentals of Bahasa Indonesia, through her guidance. And with this strong base, I am able to continue learning the language with ease.

I have just recently finished my Bahasa Indonesia course in August 2011 with Ibu Guru Sally. Being an Indonesian myself, I feel that the classes I had were really helpful.

I have stayed away from Indonesia for long and, though I still speak the language often, I have forgotten some of the theories and the complicated vocabularies. During lessons, Ibu Guru Sally helped me to understand better some basics that I often doubted.

The classes were really fun too!! Sally was really nice, patient and had many interesting teaching methods to make sure the students would benefit. I have seen my classmates who were initially knew nothing about the language end up really good in pronouncing, writing and conversing in Bahasa Indonesia.
